It all started on a hot afternoon when Nacho, our founder, tried to impress his date with a “chef-style” dinner… and ended up setting his grandma’s kitchen on fire. Amid the smoke, broken fire alarm, and screaming neighbors, the date ran off, leaving behind a scorched lettuce and one perfectly unharmed avocado. That night, Nacho made a bold decision: if love couldn’t be cooked, he’d cook up something the whole world could love—salads.
A few days later, munching on a sad salad from a plastic container, he had a revelation: why are salads always so boring? He wanted bold, tasty, feel-good food. So he started mixing wild ingredients in his backyard—bacon with avocado, grilled chicken with mango, even crunchy nachos in leafy greens. His friends thought he’d lost his mind… until they tasted it.
Armed with a cooler, a shopping cart, and contagious energy, Nacho took to the streets—selling “weird but wonderful” salads outside gyms, parks, and office buildings. People were skeptical… until one viral video of him tossing salad in slow motion while wearing sunglasses made the internet fall in love. From then on, his green dream grew roots.
